The Cromwells are residents of Bellevue, Washington and have always loved vacationing in the desert. Since Nolan is contemplating retirement, they decided it was the perfect time to buy their own place. Their condo is on Crimson Court. They weren't familiar with Palm Royale but answered an ad the day they were scheduled to fly home this past May. With only a couple of hours to spare, we looked at several properties and immediately fell in love with PRCC and knew this is where they wanted to be. They have been so impressed with how beautiful the surroundings are and how nice, warm, friendly and happy everyone is that they meet. They feel PRCC has a fun group of people and they can't wait to get back to play again and meet more residents. Be sure to give Mary and Nolan a warm welcome when you see them. |

![]() Carol and Kenny Storm rented at Palm Royale for the last couple of years. They considered purchasing here last year and then this summer (2013) found the perfect condo on Terra Cotta Court. You may recognize them from the 2012 Valentine event when they participated in the "Not So Newlywed Game." Carol and Kenny are avid golfers and you're likely to see them biking around PRCC. Renton, WA, is their permanent home. They're an energetic, fun couple. Please introduce yourselves to Carol and Kenny when you have the opportunity. ![]() Please meet Mary Jo and Tom Fruechtel, new homeowners on Indigo. They were renting on Indigo during April and were so impressed with Palm Royale they decided to buy a condo that had only been on the market a couple days. Tom said, "We feel very fortunate to have found Palm Royale Country Club. We love the location and believe the golf course is as challenging a par three that can be found. We expect to visit throughout the year and spend a considerable amount of time here in the dreary winter months we experience on Whidbey Island, Washington." When you see Mary Jo and Tom taking a walking or playing golf, please introduce yourself and welcome them to PRCC. |
